By downloading or using Happy Lock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

Use of the App

Happy Lock is a personal productivity app designed to help you build a daily gratitude habit. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any feature of the App.

Subscriptions

Happy Lock offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• A free trial, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Screen Time features

Happy Lock uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block selected apps. The effectiveness of app blocking depends on your device settings and iOS version. We do not guarantee that all apps can be blocked in all circumstances.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Lock and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Happy Lock and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
